This product is obtained from olives harvested at the right point of ripeness and quickly pressed using a mechanical cold extraction process (T < 27°C).
The “CASTELVETERE” is a well-balanced blend of carefully selected extra virgin olive oils to consistently meet the consumer’s tastes, recognizing and appreciating the consistency of its aromas and flavors over time. It is a medium-fruity oil, rich in aromatic notes and slightly spicy, with a pleasant bitterness that complements the sweet notes of almond and green grass.
