Termination

(a) Termination by Company. We may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, for any reason or no reason, in our sole discretion.

(b) Termination by User. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing all use of the Service.

(c) Effect of Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, your license to use the Service and Content will immediately terminate, and you must immediately cease all use of the Service and Content.
