Description
With an oblong shape and a delicate and crunchy flavor, the Caper Fruits have seeds inside them. They have a spindle shape, carried by a 2-3 cm peduncle, the pulp is pink and fleshy.
Obtained from a shrub called Capparis spinosa, they have a delicate flavor and a nice crunch. Used to dress salads, flavor sauces, and main courses, they are also excellent to be enjoyed alone during an apéritif.
