Description
Organic Bourbon vanilla paste is made from ground vanilla, invert sugar, water and gum tragacanth (a natural thickening agent). Like all Planifolia products, Eurovanille’s Bourbon vanilla paste has a strong rich perfume, dominated by vanilla and fruit fragrance. The vanilla paste has similar advantages to vanilla extract. It has the same aromatic qualities as vanilla pods but is easier to use with its even texture and flavour and it requires no heat.
